Custom-made, personalized, export, and handcrafted-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges and customs fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Orders may be canceled before production or dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
